This blog is dedicated to supporting Business development professionals in the metal processing and building materials industry to further improve their skills. It also aims to assist entrepreneurs and executives in creating an environment and company culture that will stimulate employees to perform at their best possible level and produce a unique competitive advantage.
The idea to start this blog came from a desire to share what I have learned by working in this field, what skills and strategies proved to be the most effective, aiming to help as many persons possible to reach faster the information needed to improve their performance.
I was always curious to learn as much as possible around my job, trying to understand processes, their flow and dependencies, mandatory routes, possible shortcuts, and factors with the highest impact on results. I find it extremely useful in creating an adequate strategy to serve clients in the most reliable manner according to the company’s current capabilities and future plans.
At the same time, being fascinated by the human capability to continuously evolve and to create results far beyond expected, I am a strong supporter of personal development and a devoted learner and volunteer in experimenting with learned techniques.
The knowledge that I acquired was not always directly related to the specific job that I was doing at the time, but for sure had directly influenced results helping me significantly in seeing things from other perspectives and finding effective solutions. So I believe it could be useful to others too.
